
For the IRONMAN Malaysia, the 3.8km ocean swim starts from the picturesque white sandy beach of Pantai Kok with a two-loop triangle out and back course.
The 180km two-loop bike course heads out of Pantai Kok on to a clockwise loop from towards the rolling hills of Datai and the fringes of Kuah Town.
Lastly, the 2.5 lap run course spanning 42.2km will be an amazing scenic run beside the Langkawi International Airport towards the finish line at the stunning Cenang beach.
The IRONMAN 70.3 Malaysia will run half the distances along the same route.

Iskandar Puteri in the southern state of Johor in Malaysia is the location for the 4th Edition of Challenge Iskandar Puteri , a half distance triathlon of The Challenge Family group.
The Race Village, Transition areas as well as the start of the Swim section are on the grounds of Puteri Harbour Marina, an international marina surrounded by hotels, service residences, F&B and entertainment outlets.
The race starts from the marina where participants dive into the cool waters of Puteri Harbour Marina for the 1.9 Km swim. The 90 Km bike route passes through scenic and lush greenery and residential areas of Iskandar Puteri.
On the 21 Km Run course, triathletes will race along the tree-lined streets of Kota Iskandar, the state administrative centre with its collection of architecturally aesthetic structures.
Test your limit with 102km Fellowship Ride start from Dataran Bentong – Tranum – Raub, Sg.Ruan- Lembah Klau – Lebu – Bentong.

The inaugural IRONMAN 70.3 Desaru Coast is part of the Desaru Coast Multisport Festival presented by IRONMAN from the 17th – 19th of April 2020. Events making up the Festival weekend include IRONKIDS Desaru Coast on Friday evening, 5I50 Desaru Coast & Desaru Coast Sprint on Saturday morning and IRONMAN 70.3 Desaru Coast on Sunday.
