SINGAPORE - Dr Teo Tiong Kiat admitted in court on Friday to causing the death of a pedal cyclist and injuring another when he suddenly swerved from the centre to the left lane of the road.
Since January 2012, police had received several reports of bicycle thefts from Admiralty MRT Station, which led Woodlands Neighbourhood Police Centre (NPC) to form a task force to follow up on the cases.
