This happens to your handlebar especially on road bikes and fixed gear bikes.
This minor issue gets really annoying for me! So here I am going to show you how to fix that problem and tidy all up.

Step 1 – Peel off the tape that holds the old handlebar wrap.

Step 2 – Flip your rubber so you can easily remove the old wrap.

Step 3 – Remove the old wrap and also, don’t forget the bar plug.

Step 4 – Cut a small piece of your new handlebar wrap to cover the brifter clamp and also cover the gaps when we wrap across that clamp.

Step 5 – Now, start wrapping your handlebar (remember the tape has adhesive at the back) and try to overlap the tape at the same interval.

Step 6 – Wrap until it covers the handlebar fully. Cut it off when you’re done.

Step 7 – Remember to tape it to place, and install the bar plug on the handlebar.

That’s it! Enjoy your ride!
